Our goal is to create unique combinations of experiences to delight all the senses, so that everyone can feel each moment at Mondieu flows at its own pace and has its own unmistakable aroma, colour or flavour. This can only be done with unique foods and drinks.

The atmosphere in a bistro is created by the right mix of attractive interior, professional staff always in a good mood, and last but not least, the heart of Mondieu—our customers—who are “magnifique”. We make sure that each bistro has a great, distinctive atmosphere. At Mondieu, customers should always find the right balm they long for in their souls.

IN HARMONY WITH NATURE

Ecology is an essential part of Mondieu’s philosophy. We optimize the difficulty in preparing food and drinks and thereby eliminate waste. We use easily degradable products and materials with the necessary subsequent separation. With meat consumption today having a big impact on our planet, we decided to create the VEGET gastronomic concept to offer a variety of very tasty vegetarian dishes in the highest quality.
